Calendar Management – We’ll discuss calendar services available to see if automating scheduling is right for you. If so, then we’ll get everything set up so it is systematic and automatic. If you prefer a personal touch with your scheduling needs, we’ll put together some general rules so we know what your preferences are for scheduling, and we’ll handle all scheduling needs with your clients and prospects, including putting “HOLDs” in your calendar so you know when a time slot is on hold and we don’t over-schedule it. Your clients will think they are working with a very large organization when your Assistant takes care of your calendar for you.
Email Management – On occasion, you need to work on a project or attend a meeting solely focused on just that. Though checking your Smartphone can be tempting, it is best to turn it off and leave it to me to monitor on your behalf. And then there’s vacation time when you are supposed to disconnect from your business and just “be.” Utilize your Executive Assistant … and we’ll delete the spam, handle critical messages and acknowledge with a customer service email that you’ll respond to them in the near future. You get peace of mind that your community is being taken care of so you can focus 100% on your urgent items and enjoy time off.
Travel Management – As you travel around the world to share your expertise, you’ll need someone to take care of your travel arrangements, such as air, ground, and hotel. Why should you worry or even think of this when you have someone proficient on your team who can handle and organize it all for you?
Meeting Management – As your business grows, you may add associate members on board and need to have the occasional team builder meeting. We’ll handle all of the coordination, including logging meeting notes and distribution, as needed, so you have a record of all communications and goals outlined.
